Store Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do allow exchanges with the following conditions:

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, absolutely no exchanges will be accepted.

Items must be in their original condition, clean, and with tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Clear signage is posted throughout our stores and this policy is also stated on our website: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Important Note:
All items are re-checked and approved before being put on the sales floor. This includes items that may have natural signs of wear, such as stains, rips, tears, holes, or fading — typical characteristics of secondhand and vintage items.
To Parents:
We are not responsible for what your children choose to purchase. By giving them money to spend at the mall, you grant them permission to shop freely at our store. If you do not approve of their purchase afterward, we will not issue refunds. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if approached with aggression or disrespect toward our team.
