The Art of Upcycling: Turning Old Clothes into New Fashion

Here at Inti we sell truly unique pieces! In addition to offering vintage items, we also rework old pieces to create something new and one of a kind. Today, we want to talk about one of our favorite projects: turning old army liners into trendy and fashionable pieces.

At our store, we specialize in upcycling vintage liners from military jackets into unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. The vintage military liner is a perfect starting point for our upcycling projects, as the sturdy material and classic design provide the perfect canvas for our creations.

One of our favorite upcycled designs is dying the material into something new and exciting. The quilted lining adds a unique touch and we offer a variety of bold colors such as red, blue, pink, and orange to add a pop of color to your wardrobe.

The process of getting these liners involves hunting for original green army liners all through out LA. Once we attain the pieces we start our treatment of bleaching out the military liners. Once that is complete we can then proceed to dying them into the colors we love; BOLD & VIBRANT! Finally the pieces are gone through a cleansing wash to be finally put out on store floors!

We're constantly experimenting with new ways to upcycle quilted army liners and other clothing items, and we can't wait to see what new creations we come up with.
